turboDial is not a CRM and instead operates on your behalf with the customer data in your CRM. Also, all details about calls and messaging via turboDial are stored with those customer records in your CRM.
Since turboDial does not store any customer data nor details about your calls, it does not fall under the purview of HIPAA. However, if HIPAA is a requirement for your business then your CRM does need to be HIPAA compliant.
