Whenever the turboDial panel has a problem the best solution is to right-click your mouse on the turboDial panel, then choose “reload” for the browser window.  Then once it has reloaded you should close the turboDial window and re-launch it, then login again.

turboDial is a “Web App” – that means the turboDial panel is actually a web page viewed in a browser. Since browsers can accumulate obsolete cached data through daily usage the “reload” is a good way to start fresh.
