turboDial is a “Web App”, meaning the turboDial panel is actually just a browser web page. Since your browser cache can affect how web pages are displayed or function, your cache can affect turboDial. Likewise, other processes in your PC can degrade the performance of voice processing functionality.
If your turboDial app isn’t working normally, please clear your browser cache, shutdown and re-boot your PC, then launch turboDial. Click the corresponding linked text for instructions on clearing cache for Chrome or Firefox.
