What happens if I can’t answer the Hot Lead Call?
If you don’t answer when turboDial initiates a Hot Lead call turboDial will retry as follows:
- Wait 5 minutes then 1st retry
- Wait an additional 10 minutes then 2nd retry
- Wait an additional 15 minutes then 3rd retry
So, turboDial attempts the Hot Lead call four times within 30 minutes.
