One-way voice is the term used when you call someone through turboDial and you hear them but they can’t hear you. In the vast majority of cases, one-way voice is an issue with your headset and PC settings.

If you can’t get those tests to pass using the diagnostic information and suggestions each provides, you will need to contact the customer support team of the headset manufacturer and ask them to help you configure the headset or computer settings until the above tests pass.
