What happens if I can’t answer the Hot Lead Call?

If you don’t answer when turboDial initiates a Hot Lead call turboDial will retry as follows:

Wait 5 minutes then 1st retry
Wait an additional 10 minutes then 2nd retry
Wait an additional 15 minutes then 3rd retry

So, turboDial attempts the Hot Lead call four times within 30 minutes.
