Send Hot Lead Alerts by Department

You can set the ‘users’ Name/Value pair in your HTTP POST to specify a department and the alert will be sent to all users associated with that department.

Separatly, you can restrict the Call Outcomes that will be accessible to a user after they click a Hot Lead Alert. Please see this article.
