How to Authorize
turboDial Mobile (native) is a specialized version of turboDial that can be installed on Apple/iOS smartphones and tablets. It allows you and your team to receive instant notification of events in turboDial when you are not near your computer, and for most notifications you can proceed to call & text the Keap contact associated with the event.
A user can login to the turboDial Mobile (native) app only if their turboDial account owner has authorized them to have access to turboDial Mobile apps.
Note: Your Users are not able to benefit from the features of the turboDial Mobile (native) app unless they are also authorized to use turboDial on their PC/Mac.
Free trial accounts are not eligible to authorize Users for access to Mobile apps.
You can authorize Users to access turboDial Mobile apps using the Add/Remove Mobile Users form available in your account at https://sd123.customerhub.net . Your turboDial Users subscription is increased by $10/month for each User authorized for turboDial Mobile. That subscription price is automatically adjusted each time you submit the form to add or remove users.
