turboDial Mobile (native) – beta

turboDial Mobile (native) is a downloadable application that provides a subset of turboDial features. It can be installed on Apple and Android smartphones and tablets. It allows you and your team to be immediately notified of events such as Hot Lead Alerts and Inbound Calls and SMS text messages, and then respond to those events using outbound calls and text messages from within the app.

turboDial Mobile (native) app is a “installable app” and is available to be downloaded and installed on your mobile device from the Apple iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
A separate turboDial Mobile (web) app with different functionality is a “web app” which means it is not installed as an application on your device and is instead accessed using a web link URL in a mobile device browser.

turboDial Mobile (native) is in “beta” status. Please send your questions and comments to support@turboDial.biz.

Identifying the Apps on your Device

If you have both the web and the native versions of turboDial Mobile installed on your mobile device you can identify the difference as follows:

Android
The native app is depicted on the left and the web app is depicted on the right.
iOS
The native app is depicted on the left and the web app is depicted on the right.

Using turboDial Mobile (native)

With turboDial Mobile (native) you can receive immediate notifications for these turboDial events:

  • Incoming SMS text message
  • Incoming phone call to a turboDial number
  • Hot Lead Alert
  • Voice Mail message received on your turboDial number

When a notification is associated with a contact in your Infusionsoft account then clicking the notification will give you access to:

  • Make a call to the contact
  • Send an SMS to the contact
  • Listen to the voice mail message

By using turboDial Mobile (native), your calls will be the same as turboDial calls made using a PC:

  • Your calls and SMS text messages will be placed using your turboDial numbers as the Caller ID. Your mobile phone number is not exposed.
  • You calls and SMS text messages will be tracked with Note Records attached to the Contact Record. Your existing reports set up in Infusionsoft will track calls and SMS text messages placed using turboDial Mobile.
