When a new version of turboDial software is released you may sometimes need to force your mobile device to load the new version. If turboDial Mobile (web) app stops working for you always try forcing a reload because the issue may be the result of a version incompatibility.
Re-loading the app is simple, for either Android or IOS:
- Use the Task Manager to close the turboDial app
- Open the settings for the browser (Chrome or Safari) and clear the cache and saved data.
The next time you launch turboDial the latest version will be loaded.
