Automation Triggered when Inbound Voicemail is Received

turboDial can trigger an API Goal when a voicemail “arrives” at inbound number.

  • General trigger:
    • Integration: turboDialCall
    • Call Name: InboundVoiceMail
  • Inbound Number specific trigger:
    • Integration: turboDialCall
    • Call Name: InboundVoiceMailnnnnnnnnnnn
      Where nnnnnnnnnnn is replaced with the Inbound destination phone number where the incoming Voicemail was left. For example, if the Voicemail arrives to +19523142318  then the Call Name will be ‘InboundVoiceMail19523142318’.
      Note the country code field is included in the number, which in this example is ‘1’.

Please Read: After you add or change an API Goal in your Infusionsoft Campaign Builder you must inform turboDial to look for it by clicking the Reset Disabled Goals button in your turboDial Management Account.
