Overview
The Ringless Voice Mail feature is designed to help you automatically send a personal message to your customers and prospects. For example, when you have a special offer and want a novel way of reaching your best targeted prospects where they will hear your message conveyed in your own voice.
Ringless Voice Mails are sent by turboDial using a Sly Dial account you setup with Sly Broadcast . Please consult with the support resources provided by Sly Broadcast to understand how Ringless Voice Mail works. turboDial support is unable to investigate instances of Ringless Voice Mails that did not operate as expected.
This Ringless Voice Mail feature is not intended to support broadcast marketing from your Infusionsoft account. Don’t use it to send a message to large number of Contacts at one time.
