turboDial allows you to apply and remove any tag for the contact it is currently focused on, using the Tag Selectors in the Call Outcomes area. The left selector contains all Tags in your Infusionsoft account – choose one to be added to the Contact. The right selector contains the Tags associated with the Contact currently in-view in turboDial – choose one to be removed from the Contact.
When you select a Tag and then click the save button the operation (add or remove) will be performed.
This is a great way to add segmentation insights to a contact after your phone call, or even trigger automation using a Tag Goal in your Campaign Builder campaign.
If you don’t want to expose the Tag tools to your turboDial Users you can hide the Tag Selectors using an option in the Global Options menu.
